Welcome!
With
over 35 years of combined experience repairing professional / industrial
equipment, as well as consumer audio & video electronics, you will
NOT find more competent technicians to service your camcorder, digital
camcorder, mavica, stereo, receiver, amplifier, or other electronic gear.
Oh
sure, there are plenty of repair shops around, but the service business
is just like Doctors. Many are bad, some are fair, and then there
is excellence. You have just found an outstanding service center that
is fully qualified to work on your hi-end gear. Most technicians
these days are not qualified for today's smaller, hi-tech electronics
and mechanics, let alone your toaster!
And
we haven't even talked about the quality of service you will receive.
I've personally been doing this for over 23 years, unlike most shops
that say they have 20 years experience, 'cause they have 5 techs, and
each one has 4 years experience!
Ask
yourself a couple of questions: Do the other places post their labor
rates on their site? Do they return the old parts, or do they use scrap
parts, without your knowledge, in your unit? Do they have all the required
test equipment and service jigs to effect repairs properly? Do they try
to entice you with 'free estimates', hoping you'll fall for that? Are
they authorized by the major manufacturers?
You're
picky when choosing Doctors, so why not be when choosing the right repair
center for your camcorder, stereo, receiver, amplifier, or other electronic
gear? After all, do you want a technician who is so-called 'factory
trained', or do you want a technician that actually worked at the
factory?
You can send a dummy to a factory-training
seminar and, in a couple of hours, that dummy can walk away with a piece
of paper that says, "We're factory trained!", but does that
make them qualified? Not by the least.
I actually worked at the Panasonic (Matsushita)
Factory in Secaucus, New Jersey, and at the Toshiba Factory in Totowa,
New Jersey, 8 hours a day 5 days a week. You can check out my qualifications here.
Does anyone else dare to show you their qualifications?
So, who would you choose to repair your mavica, camcorder, stereo,
receiver, amplifier, or other electronic gear?
Our
creed is simple, "Fix it and fix it right, or don't bother."
How else could we offer a six month warranty on all our repairs?
When
we inspect your unit, it won't be the first time we've seen your model.
We know the common problems with all the equipment out there, and, while
we are inside your unit, why not take care of the common problems also?
Of course we could be like all the other repair shops out there, just
fix the problem you have now, leave the common problems be, only to have
you return in the near future, out of warranty, and disappointed...
That's
NOT the way we do things here. We fix it, and fix it like it belongs
to us, or we just don't fix it, plain and simple.
We're
sure you'll agree, This IS the place to send all your electronic gear!
