Thank you for the opportunity to serve!  Please TYPE out this form while on your computers screen, and then PRINT a copy to enclose with your unit when packing/ shipping.  Within a business day or two from receipt of your unit, we'll send you an email to let you know of its safe arrival.  If you have a specific need, let us know, and we'll do our very best to accommodate.

We charge a $30 fee for repair estimates.  This fee is waived if you approve the repair. It's not mandatory to pay this fee up-front.  However, if paid in advance it's simply applied to the balance due.  Return shipping is in addition to this.
