We give Broadcast and Professional units front-of-the-line treatment. Expect a call within just one business day. Also, if you're in a pinch, simply let us know and we'll try our very best to help you. We have been known to perform miracles from time to time!

How much do you charge for return shipping?

We charge cost plus negligible packing ($2-3). If you would like us to use your carrier/ account number, we'll gladly oblige, simply let us know.
